Waaree Renewables,?the solar EPC subsidiary of Waaree Group, revealed their Q1 results yesterday, 17 July, 2025. The company delivered a standout Q1 FY26 performance.?
The revenue from operations stood at ?603.19 crore in Q1 FY26, a whopping 155.20% YoY rise from ?236.35 crore in Q1 FY25. The PAT (Net Profit After Tax) was at ?86.39 crore, a 206.77% YoY increase from ?28.16 crore in Q1 FY25.
Talking about EBITDA, it stood at ?117.54 crore, up 186.14% YoY, with margins improving to 19.49% from 17.38%.?
EPC contracts from which the company generates the highest revenue surged to ?594.4?Cr (up from ?469.7?Cr in Q4 FY25), while power sales rose to ?8.8?Cr (from ?6.85?Cr in the preceding quarter).?
In Q1 FY26, Waaree Renewables secured a 435 MWp and 131.6 MWp ground-mounted solar power project.?
For the results, Mr Manmohan Sharma, CFO, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, said, “This performance reflects the strength of our business model, our disciplined operational approach, and our ability to execute large-scale projects efficiently in a rapidly evolving clean energy landscape.”
Prior to the earnings announcement, Waaree Renewables shares opened at ?1238.1 on the NSE (09:15:59), showing an intraday gain of ?1,184.30 from the previous trading day.?
