Mumbai-based developer of residential and commercial premises, Sri Lotus Developers, is coming up with its ?792 crore IPO on July 30, 2025. The company filed its RHP (red herring prospectus) on July 22, 2025. As per the RHP, the proposed issue is entirely a fresh issue of 5.28 crore shares.?

The IPO is scheduled to close on August 1, 2025, with August 4, 2025, as the allotment date.?

Price Band: The IPO price band is set at ?140 to ?150 per share.?
