Medistep Healthcare, a Gujarat-based pharmaceutical and healthcare products company, made a strong debut on the NSE SME platform today. From the issue price of ?43, the shares listed at ?53, a 20% premium.?

The Medistep Healthcare IPO was a fixed-price issue of ?16.10 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issuance of 0.37 crore shares. The price band was set at ?43 per share.?

The IPO bidding window was open from Aug 8, 2025, to Aug 12, 2025, during which the IPO received a total subscription of 382.14 times. The individual investor quota was subscribed over 461.11 times, NII subscribed over 289.15 times, and QIB was 0.00 times.?

The proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to meet the capital expenditure for purchasing new plant and machinery for expansion at the existing manufacturing facility, working capital requirements, general corporate purposes, and issue expenses.?
