Ganga Bath Fittings shares list at a 20.4% premium from the issue price on NSE Emerge

The company aimed to raise ?32.65 crore through the IPO, consisting entirely of a fresh issuance of 66.63 lakh equity shares.?

The IPO was open for bidding from June 4, 2025, to June 6, 2025, during which investors placed bids for 1.07 crore shares against the 63.27 lakh shares offered.?

The proceeds are intended to be used to repay/prepay borrowings, fund working capital, for general corporate purposes, and to purchase equipment/machinery, etc.?
