To serve its customers, the bank operates a vast network spread across 28 states and 7 Union Territories with over 2600 branches nationwide. The bank is consistently improving its digital infrastructure and has introduced end-to-end digital processes for key loan schemes, like the PM SVANidhi loan. Financially, the bank achieved a significant 36.12% increase in net profit, which reached ?5,520 crore for the year ending March 31, 2025.;
