Zydus Lifesciences: The drug firm has received final approval from United States Food and?Drug Administration (USFDA) for Dasatinib tablets in various strengths. This is a generic version of Sprycel, a leukaemia drug with significant?annual sales in the United States.

LIC Housing Finance: The board?of LIC Housing Finance has approved raising ?1.23 lakh crore through loans, bonds and other instruments in the next financial year. This is a step targeted?at fortifying lending functions and aiding future business expansion.

Adani Enterprises: After executing an open market transaction on Wednesday, Abu?Dhabi-based IHC Capital Holding sold more than 84 lakh shares of Adani Enterprises for ?1,832 crore. Separately, Goldman?Sachs Asset Management sold a little over 2 per cent stake in Sterlite Technologies for ?84 crore via an open market transaction on the same day.

Gensol Engineering: The stock?fell after brokerage ICRA alleged that the clean energy company's loan servicing documents were not presented accurately.

Tata Electronics: The company announced plans for a display chip manufacturing unit in Gujarat in partnership with PSMC,?Taiwan-based Himax Technologies.

RPP Infra Projects: The construction company has won a ?80.98-crore order?to widen and strengthen the drinking water supply infrastructure in Chennai. It consists of?underground tanks, feeder mains, and distribution stations.

Galaxy?Surfactants: The group companies of Galaxy Surfactants have signed a strategic collaboration with a global customer for providing EPC services for performance surfactants and specialty ingredients manufacturing plant to be set up at an overseas location.

Route Mobile: BICS, Telesign and Route Mobile, under the banner?of Proximus Global pag Gauss, partnered with Nokia to unlock technology strategy discovery around network API solutions to enhance new developer engagement in financial services, healthcare and enterprise applications.

Dalmia Bharat: Dalmia Bharat subsidiary?Dalmia Cement (Bharat) to acquire 34.52 per cent stake in Kilavikulam Rajalakshmi Solar Power Developer for ?3 crore. The deal, to procure up to 10 MW of solar capacity?in Tamil Nadu, is likely to be concluded within two months.
