India’s third-largest manufacturer of magnet winding wire, KSH International, filed its red herring prospectus with SEBI on December 10, 2025. The company is all set to launch its IPO (Initial Public Offering) on December 16, 2025, with anchor bidding scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025.?

KSH International manufactures magnet winding wires. The company is ranked among the top three in the list of India’s leading producers of magnet winding wires (in terms of installed capacity for FY 2025). KSH International is also recognised as India’s largest exporter of magnet winding wires based on export revenues for the same period (Source: CARE Report).

Their product portfolio covers round enamelled copper and aluminium winding wires, rectangular paper-covered conductors, rectangular enamelled wires, continuously transposed conductors (CTC), and customised bunched paper-insulated wires.
