Divi’s Laboratories Q4 FY26 Results: Q4 PAT Grows 13% YoY to ?751 Crore, Final Dividend of ?30 Announced?

Divi's Laboratories Limited released its Q4 and full-year FY26 results on May 23, 2026, following a board meeting held the same day. The company delivered a 13% year-on-year increase in quarterly net profit, with the board recommending a dividend of ?30 per Share for FY26.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, Divi's Laboratories?reported consolidated revenue from operations of ?2,831 crore, up 10% from ?2,585 crore in the year-ago quarter. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter came in at ?963 crore, up 11% from ?864 crore in the Q4 FY25.

Profit After Tax (PAT) grew 13.4% to ?751 crore, against ?662 crore in Q4 FY25. Basic EPS for the quarter stood at ?28.31, compared to ?24.93 in Q4 FY25. The company also benefited from a forex gain of ?90 crore in Q4 FY26, significantly higher than the ?10 crore gain recorded in the same quarter last year.

For the full year FY26, Divi's Labs reported consolidated total income of ?11,067 crore, up 14% from ?9,712 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations grew 13% to ?10,560 crore, from ?9,360 crore in the prior year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the year stood at ?3,388 crore, up 16% over ?2,916 crore in FY25.

Profit after tax increased 17.2% to ?2,568 crore from ?2,191 crore in FY25. Basic EPS for the full year was ?96.75, against ?82.45 in FY25. The company recorded a forex gain of ?211 crore for the full year, a sharp jump from ?48 crore in FY25.

Divi's Labs Declared Dividend of ?30 per Share

The board of directors, at its meeting on May 23, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ?30 per equity share of face value ?2 each, representing 1,500%, for the financial year 2025-26.
