PNB ATM Card Block

If a PNB (Punjab National Bank) customer ever loses his/her card, has it stolen, or suspects that money from their account is being fished out by a fraudster, the first thing they should do is get their debit card frozen.

A Punjab National Bank user can block his or her debit card in three ways - through internet banking, SMS, or by calling the Punjab National Bank customer service unit.

1. Navigate to the closest Punjab National Bank branch channel.
2. Request debit card blocking from the branch's helpdesk officer.
3. Submit your card information and confirm your identity.
4. Your card will be permanently blocked by bank officials immediately.

1. The user needs to log in to his or her retail IBS account using his or her Username and Password.
2. Select ATM/Debit Card Hotlisting from the dashboard's Value Added Service menu.
3. Select Debit Card Number from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose the card that needs to be hotlisted and is associated with the account.
5. If you choose "Continue," the card's chosen account data will be presented.
6. (If the card number is not displayed, the user may manually input it in the space provided next to the label "Card Number.")
7. Manually enter the card number into the box and confirm it with the transaction password.
8. When you click the "Submit" button, a message such as "card successfully hotlisted" appears.

1. By sending an SMS from the RMN, the account user can also disable a PNB ATM card.
2. Simply text 'HOT space Card Number' to 5607040 from your registered cellphone number to block your PNB ATM card.
3. The subscriber receives an SMS notification that his debit card has been successfully blocked.

2. Select the language to converse with the customer care agent from the IVRS Options.
3. To speak with a customer support representative, select the IVR option.
4. Inform the executive that you have misplaced your card and would like it to be blocked.
5. Answer the verification questions.
6. Your card will be permanently barred if it is correctly verified.

1. The user can access the PNB One App by entering their login information, such as their MPIN or biometrics.
2. After logging in, select the Debit Card option, then the 'Hotlist Debit Card' option on the next screen.
3. Select the Account Number from the drop-down box that corresponds to the card that has to be hotlisted.
4. Select "Continue," then enter the Transaction Password and click "Continue."
5. Soon, a notification will appear verifying that the card has been successfully hotlisted.
